At Pet Trends we are committed to giving you the best possible products, prices and services. The product that is purchased from us if found to be faulty, damaged in transit or different from the description given at the Pet Trends website then we will be pleased to arrange for either refund or replace the product at the choice of the customer. All returns must be notified to Pet Trends within 1 week of delivery of the products.

Order cancellation

You can cancel the order until they are shipped. If you have made payment for your order, or need to make a change or want to cancel, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it will not be canceled.

Returns/Refund procedure

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund a product, as customer satisfaction is our 1st priority. If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days excluding 2-5 day processing), you can request for refund or a reshipment. Incase receiving a wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you have received, can request a refund, product return expenses will be borne by you. The item has to be returned unused.

  • In case if you have not received your order due to element within your control (for e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
  • In case if you have not received your order due to unavoidable circumstances outside the control of Pet Trends (i.e. due to natural disaster, the item is not cleared by custom, delayed by a natural disaster).

You need to submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery 45 days has expired. You can do it by sending a message on the Contact Us page. If your refund has been approved, it will be processed and credited automatically to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
